ETFE Membrane Contractor
As an ETFE membrane contractor our Texlon® system offers designers great opportunities in the development of the climatic envelope. Our product consists of pneumatic cushions, restrained by aluminium extrusions and supported by a lightweight structure. The cushions have been inflated by low-pressure air in order to provide insulation and to resist wind loads.

The cushions are manufactured from two through to five layers of the modified ethylene tetra fluoro ethylene. Developed originally for use in the space industry, the material is used for many different purposes and by major companies across the globe and as an ETFE membrane contractor that makes us extremely proud. This is the result of the materials unique features in not degrading under ultra violet light or atmospheric pollution.

As an ETFE membrane contractor we use Texlon® for its durability enabling it to be used as part of the permanent building envelope. As an additional feature the product can self cleanse due to its smooth and non-adhesive surface, when Mother Nature sees fit to provide us with rain.

Texlon® combines fantastic light transmission and insulation, also each layer has the ability to incorporate different types of solar shading allowing the designer working on the project to fully take advantage of the aesthetic and environmental performance of the building envelope.
