This unique development simulates a city-within-a-city. It comprises of four buildings; housing a shopping centre, an office complex and a boutique hotel.  All four buildings are enclosed by an external roofing envelope comprising of Texlon^® ETFE - which acts as an environmental shield - and glass and steel structure facades. The envelope acts as a passive modulator for creating optimal interior air temperature and quality in contrast to Beijing’s harsh climatic conditions.

Parkview Green FangCaoDi has achieved LEED^® Platinum Certification. In November 2010 Parkview Green FangCaoDi was named the best Green Building in Asia: it is the first Chinese project to win a "Green Building" award. As such, Parkview Green FangCaoDi is set to become a new benchmark for technologically advanced buildings that provide energy efficient solutions.
