Botany Town Center in suburban Auckland is one of New Zealand’s largest regional shopping destinations. We partnered with Ignite Architects, Structural Designers Create Ltd and Head Contractors Naylor Love to create an iconic upgrade for one of the key zones in the center.

Stunning Effects with ETFE Solution
Highly complex geometry, tight schedules and difficult installation resulted in one of the most challenging projects we have ever undertaken. However, the results speak for themselves. The 2-layer ETFE cushions warp across the base steelworks frame to give a visually stunning effect that changes hour by hour. Night time, day time – a simply beautiful structure made possible by state-of-the-art design and execution.
