Crafted with precision, the canopy comprises 243 double-layered ETFE foil cushions and 124 single-layer foil panels, meticulously designed by our team of experts. The architects Atelier Ten & Meta Formwerks engineered these canopies which boast a perfect blend of form and function.
Revitalizing Aesthetics with Texlon® ETFE
Replacing the existing ETFE material with Texlon® ETFE, the project aimed not only to enhance thermal comfort but also to revitalize the aesthetics of the space. The new Texlon® ETFE foils ensure longevity and resistance against fading by using improved frit coverage and enhanced durability. It ensures a pristine ambiance for years to come.
Sustainable and Efficient Design for New Canopies
Beyond its aesthetic charm, the Clarke Quay canopy prioritizes sustainability and efficiency. By using a combination of printed and transparent ETFE foils, the level of light incidence is minimized while the transmission of natural light is maximized.
