The Helix ETFE Skylight Inside EmQuartier Bangkok

Shopping is about more than “buying stuff” – it is time with friends and family, to enjoy the amenities that today’s shopping malls offer and to have a great experience. EmQuartier Bangkok provides exactly that. The retail complex designed bei Leeser Architecture is divided into three sections, named the Helix Quartier, the Waterfall Quartier and the Glass Quartier. The mall is next to Phrom Phong BTS Station on the Sukhumvit Line of the BTS Skytrain.

A distinctive feature at EmQuartier shopping mall is The Helix. With the space being well-lit with natural light through our Texlon® ETFE Skylight during daytime, it is no wonder that hanging plants there thrive. The Texlon® ETFE system is equipped with a partial print pattern that provides shading for an optimized climate control while still retaining transparency. The overall effect allows the plants growing.

When you are next in Bangkok, you will be sure to visit the prestigious shopping malls in that district. Chances are, you might just be walking under the architecturally elegant, organic linkways clad in our Texlon® ETFE. Visit the EmQuartier Bangkok Mall project page for more information.
