Airport Terminal Skylight

Four new gates were part of the expansion at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City. Named after the humorist and cowboy Will Rogers, the $90 million construction project was completed in 2021. It features new lounges, amenities, and security processes. This is all part of the plan to continually expand the airport. Additionally, the expansion integrates public art installations, expansive windows, and ETFE skylights to draw more natural light into the terminal. The 62 square meter Texlon® ETFE skylight includes three cushions, allowing in just the right amount of sunlight. The skylight is located over the new ‘town square‘ area. Thus, creating an outdoor feel inside the terminal.

Increasing passenger traffic and limited resources at the airport were reasons the expansion was necessary. The airport offers services to 31 non-stop destinations, but the plan is to offer even more.

As experts in small or large scale projects, we have complete in-house competence. Further, we have understanding of not only the ETFE system but also the needs of the client.

We have worldwide presence, therefore we can support you locally and deliver a range of services and smart solutions for your building needs.
